• Create JARS : mvn package
• Install JARS in M2 cache : mvn install

• -DskipTests to skip tests when running the following Maven goals: 'package', 'install', 'deploy' or 'verify'
• -Dtest=<TESTCLASSNAME>,<TESTCLASSNAME#METHODNAME>,....
• -Dtest.exclude=<TESTCLASSNAME>
